How the voice allowance works
Released weekly, never lost
Your monthly voice minutes are released a quarter at a time, once a week, and unused time carries over: nothing is lost by having a quiet week. A busy Monday doesn't leave you short on Tuesday. Once your allowance runs out, Edwin keeps working in writing, within your plan's message allowance (1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 a month): reading, drafting and answering by text, just not by voice.

Before you ask
What's actually different between the three plans?
Nothing is locked behind a higher plan: Solo, Pro and Max run the same Edwin, with the same options. What changes is the volume included each month: voice (2, 5 or 10 hours), listening to appointments (5, 10 or 20 hours), daily briefs (1, 3 or 6 a day), written conversation (1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 messages), WhatsApp messages with your customers (250, 500 or 1,000), prepared emails (10, 20 or 40 a day) and the number of connected accounts for each function (1, 5 or 10).
Can I still use Edwin with more than one mailbox on Solo?
Solo covers one mailbox, one calendar and one contacts account. If you run several, Pro brings together up to five and Max up to ten, in a single view. Moving up takes a minute and is prorated for the days left in your billing period.
What happens when I've used all my voice hours?
You have two options: wait until next month, when your hours renew, or add time to your plan with a top-up, for an extra charge shown before any purchase.
What if I reach my limit of WhatsApp messages or prepared emails?
The same principle applies. Each included volume renews the following month, and every function that has an included volume can also be topped up, for an extra charge shown before any purchase. It's up to you whether to wait or top up.
What does “planned” mean next to an option?
It means the option is planned and not sold yet. We never charge for it before it's ready.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up or down is prorated for the days left in your billing period.
Is there a contract?
No. It's a monthly subscription, and you can stop it from your account settings whenever you like.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can delete your account and everything in it from your account settings. Edwin keeps no copy of your mailbox, your calendar or your address book in the first place; what he does keep is explained in the privacy policy.

Edwin is planned in twelve countries: France, the UK, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Canada, the USA, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Spain and Romania. Phone opens country by country and SMS is coming later: see what is included in your country. Prices are shown plus taxes.
