Section 1. Definitions

In this notice:

Site means the website myedwin.com and its country versions (for example /uk/, /ca/, /fr/, /it/, /es/, /pt/, /de/, /pl/, /ro/, /no/, /sv/).
App means the Edwin web application at app.myedwin.com.
Service or Edwin means the digital assistant based on artificial intelligence, designed for independent professionals and small and medium-sized businesses.
Publisher means Holding AMR LLC, which publishes the Site and the App under the trade name My Edwin.
Visitor means anyone who browses the Site.
User means a business that has opened an Edwin account.
Terms means the terms of sale and use of the Service, published on a separate page of the Site.

The Publisher has no establishment in the European Union. The registration details above are therefore those of Wyoming, and the Publisher does not claim any local registration number.

The Publisher's US employer identification number (EIN) is not published and is not a company registration number.

Section 3. One contact point

Every question, complaint, legal request, data-rights request or report of content goes to a single address: contact@myedwin.com.

For direct and fast contact, Visitors may also use information being updated. The Publisher replies within a reasonable time.

Section 4. Person responsible for publication

Section 6. What the Site and the Service are

The Site presents Edwin and, until the Service opens, lets you join a waitlist. Joining the waitlist records an email address and an expression of interest. It creates no account, no subscription and no obligation.

The Service is for businesses only, acting for the purposes of their trade, business, craft or profession. It is not offered to consumers.

Prices, plans and plan limits are shown on the "Pricing" page of the Site, which prevails. The terms of use and sale of the Service are in the Terms. Nothing on the Site or in the Service is legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice.

Section 7. Intellectual property in the Site

The names Edwin and My Edwin, the bow-tie logo, the structure of the Site and its texts, illustrations, images, videos and graphic elements belong to the Publisher or are used with their owners' permission. They are protected by copyright, trade mark law and other applicable intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, communicate, adapt, extract or reuse any part of the Site without the Publisher's prior written permission, except as the law allows (for example, short quotation with the source named).

The content that a User gives Edwin about its own business remains the User's. How it is processed is described in the privacy policy and in the Terms.

Third-party names and trade marks shown on the Site (partners, suppliers, connectable services) belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean partnership or endorsement unless stated.

Section 8. Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. The Publisher does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

You may link to the Site if the link is fair, does not suggest partnership or endorsement, and does not harm the Publisher's reputation. The Publisher may ask you to remove a link at any time using the address in Section 3. The Site may not be framed inside another site without written permission.

Section 9. Responsibility for the content of the Site

The Publisher takes care over the information on the Site. It is general information, may change, and may contain errors or omissions. It does not replace the Terms, nor the Pricing page for prices and plan limits.

The Publisher does not promise that the Site will be available without interruption or without error. It is not responsible for outages or defects of third-party networks and services.

Responsibility for the Service (as opposed to the Site) is governed by the Terms.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits the Publisher's liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence to the extent the law forbids excluding it, for death or personal injury, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 10. Reporting unlawful content or use

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights or the law, write to contact@myedwin.com with: your identity, a description and the web address (URL) of the content, your reasons, and, where relevant, the legal provision relied on. The Publisher reviews the report and acts within a reasonable time.

Section 11. Personal data and cookies

The Publisher is the controller of the personal data described in the privacy policy. The policy also explains who is responsible for what where the Publisher processes data on behalf of its Users, the recipients, transfers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, retention periods, individuals' rights and the competent supervisory authorities.

Because the Publisher is not established in the European Union or the United Kingdom, it appoints representatives there:

The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies described in the privacy policy.

Section 12. Disputes, mediation and governing law

Contact first. If you disagree with something, write first to contact@myedwin.com. We will try to settle the matter amicably.

Mediation. The Service is reserved for businesses, so no consumer mediation or consumer alternative dispute resolution scheme applies. The Terms set out the procedure for disputes with a User.

Governing law. For this notice and use of the Site, the law of the State of Wyoming (United States) applies, subject to the mandatory rules of the Visitor's country that cannot be excluded by contract. Rules on jurisdiction and dispute resolution for the Service are in the Terms.

Language. This notice is published in the language of each country served. The version written in the language of the Visitor's country (the country of the Site version from which the Visitor browses) prevails over any other version, which is provided for information only. For the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada outside Quebec, the English version prevails; in Quebec, the French version prevails and is provided first. A Visitor established in a European country who reads the English version may rely on the version in the language of that country, which prevails. If a Visitor has chosen another language in the language selector of the Site, this rule still applies, without prejudice to the mandatory law of the Visitor's country.

Section 13. Changes to this notice

The Publisher may change this notice to follow changes in the law, the Site or the company. The date of the latest update is at the top of the page. The Terms governing the Service can only be changed with 30 days' notice, under the rules they set out.
