Edwin reads and drafts your email, manages your calendar and prepares your quotes everywhere. Phone depends on what each country's telecom rules allow, so it opens country by country, and the exact detail is shown below. SMS is coming later in every country. Phone is the number Edwin answers for you, incoming calls. SMS is what Edwin sends to your clients, and it is coming later in every country. The detail of what comes in and what goes out, for each channel and each country, is in the first tab below. Outgoing calls are not available yet.
* To open your Edwin phone number, the business owner's company registration number (the SIRET in France) and a proof of registration (a Kbis extract or the equivalent in your country) are required.

Before you ask
What does “coming soon” mean here?
The channel is not open yet in that country. For phone, it depends on local telecom steps we still have to complete. SMS is paused for now: it is coming later in every country, and until then your reminders and messages go through WhatsApp. We give no date until it is ready, and we never charge for something that is not working. Everything else Edwin does is unaffected.
What is “planned”?
An option we intend to build, but that is not sold yet. We never charge for it before it is ready.
