How it works
Not software to set up.
An assistant who joins your team.
You don't learn Edwin. You connect him in a few clicks, and he starts working. Like a new team member, he gets to know your business as he goes, to the degree you decide. And you stay the pilot: nothing important happens without your yes.
Ready in a few clicks
Three connections, and Edwin is on the job
No settings maze, no training course. Connect what you already use and he gets to work straight away.
Connect your email
A few clicks, and Edwin reads what comes in and drafts your replies. Up to 10 mailboxes, depending on the plan (1, 5 or 10), from any provider.
Connect your calendar
One click, and every appointment is in one view. Edwin finds free slots and books them for you.
Your automatic phone
Edwin answers your calls when you're busy, in an appointment or in a meeting, by phone and/or WhatsApp.
That's it. Edwin is now part of your team, and starts right away.
Not a tool, an assistant
You don't operate Edwin. Edwin works for you.
Most software waits for you to click, fill in, configure. Edwin takes the work off your hands, and you just decide.
Ordinary software
- You learn the screens and set everything up
- You do the work, the tool stores it
- One tool for mail, another for calendar, another for calls
- Works the same on day 1 and on day 300
Edwin, your assistant
- You talk to him like a colleague, in your own words
- He does the work: reads, drafts, calls back, books, prepares the quote
- One assistant who knows your mail, calendar, calls and quotes
- Knows you better every week
Like a new team member
Useful from the first minute, sharper every day
Any good new hire learns as they go. So does Edwin: from the start he takes work off you, and he gets to know your business a little more with every email, every call and every correction.
What he learns
Plain facts you can read and correct
You decide how much Edwin knows about your business. Edwin learns to know you, and what he learns is yours: it is never used to train a model. You can ask him what he remembers, and ask him to forget, and what he forgets is truly erased.
- Your pricesHourly rate, packages, common services
- Your hours and marginMon–Fri, 30 minutes between appointments
- How you writeFriendly, short, first names
- Your regularsDupont, Martin, Studio Lefèvre

You're the pilot
Edwin does the work. Your yes makes it happen.
He prepares everything: the reply, the slot, the quote, the payment link. You check, say yes, and it's done.
At your own pace
Give him more room as trust grows
Edwin starts by asking before he acts. When a routine task, such as reminding your customers of their appointments, no longer needs your eye, tell him to stop asking about it. He handles it on his own, and it's all in the log. Sending an email from your mailbox always keeps your approval.
- You choose what he handles alone, and what always needs your yes
- A plain log of everything he did on your behalf
- He always says he's an AI, to you and to anyone he speaks with

Your automatic phone
Edwin becomes your answering service*
Busy with a client, on a job or in a meeting? Edwin picks up, finds out what the caller needs, and makes sure nothing slips. You get a clear summary, and the slot is already in your calendar.
- Every call answered, in the caller's own language
- Takes the message, offers a slot and books it with your yes
- Reminds your clients of their appointments, so fewer cancel at the last minute
- Sends your quotes and follows up so no customer is forgotten
- By phone and/or WhatsApp
* To open your Edwin phone number, the business owner's company registration number (the SIRET in France) and a proof of registration (a Kbis extract or the equivalent in your country) are required.

Your mailboxes, read and acted on
Nothing waits in an inbox you don't have time to open
Edwin reads what comes in, sorts what matters from what doesn't, and drafts the reply: an answer to a question, a confirmation, a first response to a quote request. You read the whole draft, and nothing goes out until you say yes.
- Up to 10 mailboxes, depending on the plan (1, 5 or 10): Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, AOL or any standard mailbox
- Replies in 10 languages, so you can serve customers far beyond your own
- Colour-coded status on every email: unread, read, reply sent
- Dictate a reply by voice when you can't type
- Deleted by mistake? Edwin's trash is reversible

Hello Sophie, thank you for getting in touch. For a wedding reception with 80 guests I would suggest a call this week…
Your calendars, kept honest
He sees what's coming, and does something about it
Edwin reads your upcoming appointments so he knows when not to interrupt you, and he writes a new one in when you agree to a time. All your calendars in one view, wherever you already keep them: Google, iCloud, Outlook or any calendar your mail provider gives you.
- The provider is shown next to every event
- Conflicts and your usual margin checked before he proposes a slot
- You choose which calendar a new appointment goes to
- Reminders on WhatsApp, for you and for the client

The meeting that becomes a quote
Say the word, and Edwin listens
Start a meeting or a site visit with a client and tell Edwin to listen in. He announces it clearly, so everyone in the room knows an AI is taking notes. When you're done, he's pulled out what was agreed and drafted a quote from it, using the prices you've already given him.
- A price nobody mentioned stays “to price”, never a guess
- A quote is not an invoice: no VAT wording is invented for you
- Something said in the room is treated as information, never as an order to Edwin
- Sent to your customer in one tap, then followed up for you
- The audio is never stored, and the transcript is deleted once the summary is written
Illustrative example
Payment
Get paid without chasing
Once your customer accepts the quote, Edwin sends them the payment link straight away, with the payment platform you already use. No awkward reminders, no waiting.
- Payment link sent by email and/or WhatsApp
- PayPal or Stripe: your customer pays the way they prefer
- A quote is not an invoice: Edwin never issues invoices
Illustrative example
Your brief, whenever you want it
A summary, not a pile of notifications
Edwin keeps a running account of what he's noticed: quotes waiting on a reply, appointments coming up, a mailbox that stopped answering. You choose the rhythm: 1, 3 or 6 briefs a day, depending on your plan. And you can ask him at any time, in plain speech or in writing, where things stand.
- Brief on your phone, and by email if you like
- Only urgent things interrupt you. The rest waits on your dashboard
- Install it as an app on your phone, no app store needed
Safety by design
Everything Edwin does is logged, and nothing is irreversible without your yes
Your yes first
Each email sent from your mailbox, and each booking, move or cancel, waits for your yes.
A clear log
A plain record of what Edwin did on your behalf, so you can always see and check.
Undo where possible
Deleted emails go to a reversible trash, and reminders and tasks can be restored.
He says he's an AI
To you, to your clients, to anyone he speaks with on your behalf.
Understanding, not content
He keeps no copy of your mailbox. He keeps a short, encrypted record of what he did for you, and the facts you asked him to remember.
Hosted in Europe
Your data is stored in the EU, your memory and history are encrypted with a key of your own, and you can delete your account and everything in it.
